I did 30DS - level 1 - day 4 and 100 push ups challenge - week 2 - day 1 today. My arms are going to be really sore tomorrow! :D
30DS is getting easier, I’m not insulting Jillian every 3 seconds anymore.
100 push ups challenge is getting hard though, but I could still finish today’s workout. I’m pretty confident I’ll reach my goal after a couple of weeks.
